CANCELATION POLICIES

Cancelation Policy

I want my customers to feel comfortable and confident when booking their appointments with me. That's why I have a clear policy in place to ensure everyone's time is valued. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give me at least 36 hours notice (prefer 48 hours) to avoid a cancellation fee. If you don't show up or cancel within 36 hours, you will be charged 50% of the scheduled service cost before you are allowed to receive any other services at my salon. You can cancel and move your own appointments through the confirmation link that is sent as long as it is before 36 hours.

Late Policy

I have a 15-minute late policy at the hair salon, which means if you're running late, please give me a call to let me know how late you'll be. However, if you're more than 15 minutes late with no call or text, I'll consider it a no show and you may be charged 50% of the total cost before any other services will be rendered. I work hard to give you the best service, and  appreciate your understanding of the late policy.
