Cancelation Policies
At Platinum Hair Studio, every appointment is thoughtfully reserved just for you. I kindly request at least 36 hours' notice for cancelations or rescheduling, 48 hours is preferred.
Appointments canceled with less than 36 hours' notice are subject to 50% of scheduled service. No shows or missed appointments are 75% of scheduled services.
For your convenience, appointments can be managed through your booing confirmation link.
Late Arrivals
To ensure every guest receives the attention and care they deserve, I kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment.
If you're running late, please call or text as soon as possible.
Arrivals more than 15 minutes late without notice may be considered a missed appointment and subject to 50% service fee.
